Complaints, Refund & Returns Policy
For any complaints regarding the purchased Products, returns, warranty claims, please email support@enter-africa.com with the subject 'Complaint' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the complaint. We will forward your Complaint to the Supplier of the Product directly. You expressly acknowledge that Enterprise Africa Intl. will under no circumstances become directly or indirectly responsible for any refunds, returns, repairs or warranty claims, in respect of the Products. All such issues are the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
2. Preparing your products for a return, refund or warranty claim
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for following the directions provided by the Supplier. Every Supplier will have its own “returns, refund and warranty policy” which must be adhered to strictly in order to process your claim efficiently. We at Enterprise Africa will facilitate the process where reasonably possible.
