Shipping Policy

Our delivery policy is based on a dropshipping model, meaning that companies whose products are listed on this site are responsible for the shipment and delivery of the product ordered.

It is therefore important to note that delivery time could vary based on which country your product is being shipped from. What we can guarantee is that all deliveries are done using door-to-door couriers and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us, right up until it’s in your hands!

Currently, all orders placed online can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. All orders received by 13:00 will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account Enterprise Africa Intl and assuming there are no stock availability issues.

Delivery Lead Times

Main centers: 5 – 10 working days
Outlying areas: 10 – 15 working days

Extended Delivery Times

Certain items take a little bit longer to get to you, the shipping lead time of such items will be displayed on the website and you will be provided a tracking number to track your parcel.
