Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, our delivery policy is based on a “dropshipping” model, meaning that companies (Supplier(s)) whose products are listed on this site are responsible for the shipment and delivery of the product ordered. All terms of shipment are thus agreed individually between the Supplier and the Purchaser.

It is therefore important to note that Enterprise Africa does we do not guarantee any delivery terms or delivery time. Same could vary based on which country your product is being shipped from.

All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received by 13:00 will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Enterprise Africa Intl and assuming there are no stock availability issues.

Extended Delivery Times

Certain items take a little bit longer to get to you, the shipping lead time of such items may be displayed on the WEBSITE and you will be provided a tracking number to track your parcel.
